PAYMENT:
All payments are to be made via bank transfer unless a cash transaction is agreed upon by Spike Leo Studios prior to payment - and must include GST.
SONGWRITING:
Songwriters & Artists are required to make a 50% payment on first session and final payment made on the third session unless agreed otherwise. The first song is a set fee based on the songwriting requirements. Pricing can be negotiated across multiple song packages.First two revision are free. All additional revisions are billed at $100 AUD + GST p/h, with a minimum of one hour required per additional revision. Once the business is out of the way, we can all just focus on making music!
LESSONS:
Lessons are to be paid in full prior to commencement. A 12 week package is valid up to 14 weeks. 8 weeks up to 10 weeks & 4 weeks up to 6 weeks. Cancellations or rescheduling after the full expiry date will be charged for the hour. 24 hours notice must be given prior to cancellation or rescheduling a lesson or that lesson will be forfeited.
A refund may only be requested for lessons prior to the commencement date. Once lessons have begun, they can be put on hold as credit for a select duration decided by Spike Leo. Once the expiry date has been met and/or credit not used, those lessons will be forfeited.
Spike Leo Studios reserves the right to use it’s own discretion in these matters and to apply the appropriate level of it’s cancellation policy.
DEPOSIT:
All bookings require a deposit to secure the dates, to be paid via bank transfer.
Failure to pay the deposit will mean that any pre-scheduled dates can be booked by other paying clients.
A deposit of 50% of the booked time is required and is non-refundable - and must include GST.
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel the session for any reason, you will forfeit the deposit.
If a cancellation is made before 7 days prior to the start of the session, no extra fee is charged.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session, full payment for the booked time is required.
We understand that circumstances change for unknown reasons and are sometimes out of our hands. Spike Leo Studios reserves the right to use it’s own discretion in these matters and to apply the appropriate level of it’s cancellation policy.
RESCHEDULING:
If a session is rescheduled more than 7 days prior to the booking, then the paid deposit will be transferred to the new dates booked, providing those new dates are within 30 days of the original booking (providing dates are available). If the rescheduled dates are more than 30 days after the original booking, you will be required to pay a new deposit.
If rescheduling happens less than 7 days prior to the start of the booking, then the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.
